3rd Annual General Meeting of BSA on 08 April 2003

Just a year ago, On May 2002 BSA International Berhad was successfully listed on the KLSE Second Board. Now BSA International Berhad's application for transfer to the KLSE Main Board has been approved by the authorities. On 30 May, 2003, BSA International Berhad is scheduled to create another Chapter in its history books for its achievement. Once again we congratulate BSA International Berhad for its approval to transfer to KLSE Main Board.

A bonus issue of one (1) new ordinary share for two (2) existing ordinary shares of RM 0.50 each will be issued to the existing shareholders to enlarge BSA's share capital to RM 60,000,000.00 divided into 120,000,000 ordinary shares of Rm 0.50 each prior to the KLSE Main Board transfer. A private placement of 120,000,000 ordinary shares of RM 0.50 each will be placed to identified investors following the bonus issue and the transfer to the Main Board of the KLSE. Upon completion of the private placement, the share capital of BSA will be increased to RM 66,000,000 divided into 132,000,000 ordinary shares of RM 0.50 each. All the resolutions have also been passed by shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held concurrent with the Third Annual General Meeting of BSA on 08 April, 2003.

BSA's prominent unipoles at the Sungai Besi Toll and Putrajaya Interchange underwent a total transformation in mid March 2003. The new design incorporated BSA's F1x2 seater used in the 'THUNDER IN CHINA'' event held in Beijing Goldenport Race Circuit in December 2003.
