A new chapter in the history of BSA ended and a new chapter is borne with the successful listing of BSA International Berhad on the KLSE sharp at 9:00 am on the 30/05/02, marked by the traditional strike of the "GONG" by the founder, Dato' Dr Cam Soh with the Board of Directors on this memorable day. |

Its initial public offer price of RM2.00 went up to a high of RM2.14 in the beginning and ended the day's trading on a softer note at RM2.00 with a volume of 5,378 lots traded, making BSA among the most active counters for the day. Public confidence shown toward the company performance was very encouraging when its 2 million shares made available for public subscription was oversubscribed by 25.21 times. |

17/05/02 (Friday) marks the balloting day for the flotation of BSA International Berhad shares and on the same day saw an oversubscription rate by 25.21 times. A detail analysis reveal the respective Bumiputra portion being over subscribed by 31.20 times while the public portion was oversubscribed by 22.65 times representing a total shares of 600,000 shares for Bumiputra and 1,400,000 shares for Public.
In conjunction with this official balloting ceremony, BSA International Berhad is equally proud with the result and the Official Launch of its latest series of alloy wheels titled, Gold & Black Knight series. very true to its name, BSA - representing BOLD, STYLISH & SUCCESSFUL AUTOMOTIVE, BSA has BOLDLY ventured into a range of unique products which are crafted STYLISHLY to reflect the status quo and uniqueness of a certain group of people with the strong belief in the SUCCESS that this new range of wheels would bring to the company. |

On the night of the successful listing of BSA International Berhad, a grand gala dinner was held at Nikko Hotel Kuala Lumpur to celebrate this achievement. The function was graced by YB Dato' Chan Kong Choy, Deputy Finance Minister of Malaysia, YB Dato' Dr Ng Yen Yen, Deputy Minister of Culture & Art and Tourism for Malaysia, BSA Board of Directors, dealers both local and overseas, suppliers, staffs and business associations.
An interesting showcase of Malaysian talents ensued for the night with an award presentation by Dato Dr Cam Soh to the top local dealers and also to key management team of BSA. The finale for the night was a cake cutting ceremony to celebrate both the successful listing and the birthday of Dato Dr Cam Soh which also happens to fall on the same day. it was truly a night to remember in the history of BSA.
