Launching of BSAI Prospectus
on 29 April 2002 |

Today saw the launching of BSAI prospectus in conjunction with the proposed listing on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange at the end of May 2002. This day marks the beginning of a new era for BSA, the start of a public listed company status. The launch was graced by Transport Minister, Y. B. Dato' Chan Kong Choy at the Putra World Trade Centre with the presentation of a copy of BSAI prospectus by the founder, Y. Bhg. Dato' Dr Cam Soh to Y B. Dato Chan Kong Choy. |

It was indeed a grand occasion, the ballroom being decorated with specially tailor made display stand exhibiting the latest range of BSA wheels employing the Vacuum Sputtering Coating Technology for its finishing. A very encouraging crowd attended the function to witness the launch, comprising of BSA's valued business associates and friends. All present were treated to a video presentation of BSAI achievements through the years, 1995 to 2002, followed by key note address by the guest of honor, Y. Dato' Chan Kong Choy and also Mr Tan Choon Thye, Head of Corporate Finance for Commerce International Merchant Berhad (CIMB), BSAI's adviser, Underwriter and placement Agent. |

| A session for the assistance in the application for subscription of BSAI shares was also made available with total often counters by various Security firms for those present and BSAI prospectus and shares application distributed to all. At the end of the day, a sumptuous lunch was served in the ballroom amidst the dazzle display of BSA, VSC wheels. |

Lucky Winner for BSA F1 Racing Plus Contest
Ms. Lim is the lucky winner of a set of BSA quality CSM alloy wheels for the contest run in March and April issues of the monthly F1 Racing Plus. Congratulations!
